Customer training courses

The training courses are offered to new and existing customers. Customer training courses are primarily product-related software training courses. With these courses we want to provide the system structure, the necessary basic knowledge, and the understanding for the daily work with our cash management/treasury software magnet™.

For new customers/projects with simpler structures, these courses allow us to implement the introductions in a cost-efficient and timely manner.

We roll out new releases on the ASP server with a high frequency, on average every 3 – 4 weeks. For an existing customer to benefit sustainably from these further developments, it is important that his employees are regularly trained.

The customer training courses are therefore suitable for:

  • employees of a new customer
  • new employees of an existing customer
  • periodic follow-up training of new releases (further developments) for existing employees
