To ensure optimal use of magnet™ in the future, we put strong focus on consulting and training for new programme versions.

Likewise, changes or extensions may become necessary over time as a result of changing requirements and/or framework conditions by the customer.

In all these cases, we are available to support our customers within the framework of application support.

Technical support

In the event of system-related problems during operation, softcash ag provides the appropriate support. This ensures smooth operation and a very high availability of magnet™ .
