Protection of your privacy during the processing of personal data and the security of all personal data is of great importance to us. The collection and processing of personal data comply with legal provisions (the fully revised Federal Data Protection Act, effective since September 1, 2023).

If you apply for a position through our application portal, we collect the information and documents provided at the time of entry into the application portal. We use the personal data transmitted via the application portal exclusively for the purpose of conducting the application process. In this context, all data related to you, which you submit with your application, are stored by us. This includes your personal details, your correspondence data, your cover letter, your resume, your diplomas and work references, and other information you provide with your application (collectively referred to as “application documents”). If you provide references, we are entitled to inquire about your previous work. If you apply for a position/function in an area that requires increased trust in the holder of the position (e.g., executive positions, security-related functions), we are also entitled to request or obtain credit reports (debt collection register extract) or information about any previous convictions (criminal record extract).

Particularly sensitive personal data (e.g., data concerning health or religious affiliation) are only processed if essential for the application process. Access to such data is strictly limited and is only granted to those persons within Softcash AG who need to process them as part of their duties.
