If you apply for a position through our application portal, we collect the information and documents provided at the time of entry into the application portal. If you apply for a position/function in an area that requires increased trust in the holder of the position (e.g., executive positions, security-related functions), we are also entitled to request or obtain credit reports (debt collection register extract) or information about any previous convictions (criminal record extract).

Particularly sensitive personal data (e.g., data concerning health or religious affiliation) are only processed if essential for the application process. Access to such data is strictly limited and is only granted to those persons within Softcash AG who need to process them as part of their duties.

We automatically collect and store log file information on our servers, which your browser sends to us. These are:

Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals by us. This information is not merged with data from other sources and is deleted after statistical analysis.
